What areas do you serve?

We're based in Metrowest & Westgate, Orlando, and serve all of Central Florida — including Kissimmee, Winter Park, Lake Nona, Sanford, Clermont, Windermere, Dr. Phillips, Winter Garden, Apopka, Oviedo, St. Cloud, Lake Mary and more.

Do I actually need impact windows at my address?

Maybe not. Orlando and Orange County are not in the High-Velocity Hurricane Zone, and most inland addresses currently sit outside the Wind-Borne Debris Region too. We check your specific address before recommending anything.

Can you help with HOA or condo approval?

Yes. We prepare product specs, Florida Product Approval documentation and color/finish samples so your board submission is complete the first time. The vote itself belongs to your board.

Will this lower my insurance premium?

Verified wind-mitigation features can qualify for premium credits, but the inspection must be done by a qualified inspector and the decision belongs to your insurer. We explain the math — we don't guarantee a reduction.

Is financing available?

Qualified homeowners can finance through third-party lenders; terms depend on the lender and your credit profile. We'll walk you through total cost, not just a monthly number.
